Ford Otosan is a joint venture company of Ford Motor Company and Koç Holding A.Ş. with equal shares. By its 5 production and R&D facilities, Ford Otosan has been in the top 3 exporting companies of Turkey since 2004. As a Purchasing Engineer I am responsible for sourcing activities of interior and chassis commodities for next generation commercial BEV. Automotive purchasing is a brand-new challenge for me and also a great chance to collect the missing parts of my supply chain experience journey.
Quality Control Engineer, Constantia ASAŞ

Contantia Flexibles is a packaging material producer with 36 factories in the world. In Turkey, the firm has 2 factories and I was working in the one in Ankara. As a Quality Control Engineer, my job was to ensure that work-in-process materials and finished goods are within the specification limits. To achieve this, I was responsible for the management of a quality control team which performs laboratory activities. Beside quality control, I also used to help customers with their complaint notifications. This position helped me to improve myself in Quality Engineering, Kaizen, Control Charts and Robust Design.

Mitaş Energy Inc. is a global electric transmission line tower producer with its 7 production facilities. In this job experience, I used to plan and track production in the facilities. To achieve this, I had to control the overall supply chain. Productions involve design stage, raw material procurement, operational processes and shipment. By the aid of SAP, those tasks can be fulfilled. During this job experience, I gained knowledge of project management, SAP, supply chain understanding, logistics and operations management.
